Massacre

The football didn't go well. The squad of 14 was down to 11 by the start. One limped off after half time and another had to leave to run his youth team. The only defender that we had was me, the stand in. Given that we didn't have much in the way of defenders, the manager had us playing 3 at the back instead of the usual 4. The idea was that we would boss it in midfield.

The idea was wrong. They first scored after 10 seconds. And they carried on from there. We did get one goal as a fig leaf to hide our shame. And then we got a penalty. Hamid elected to do a little dink to chip over the keeper who should have already dived. Guess whether that worked!

Dunno how many they got. I stopped counting at 10.
