I had some very worrying news last night, so cancelled my plans for an evening with Mum and G pulling together. I don't feel ready to write about it all yet, but feel hugely distracted and worried, but am trying to keep my mind focused on the positive. Work was really difficult today, so I felt so grateful for a lunch date with Mum. It was a gorgeous day, so we bought a sandwich and sat in the sunshine in the park. We decided to keep our evening date to go and watch The Martian in the local cheap cinema. Although it was all ridiculous, it was a good distraction, and a bargain at £4 for ticket and ice cream!
