Safe Harbour

Fantastic trip home from The Southern Regional Photographic Convention. We took photographs all the way. What should have been a 4 and a half hour journey took nearly 9 hours.
Wind storms pretty severe at times but fun getting shots of the sky and sea on the way as the weather changed was awesome. Just as well we took so long as by the time we hit South Canterbury the worst was over. Saw many trees down and power lines down. Good on the men who go out in all weathers to get peoples power up and working again.
What a fabulous weekend we had but sure am weary.
