Pointless
Earlier in the week, we concluded that the tree covered hillock behind our house was a pointless waste of an outing.
With my cold, both of us feeling tired after yesterday and having a shocking lie in, we undertook the pointless outing.
It was indeed a complete waste of time apart from getting some air and Liz catching a few more mosquito bites. I've stopped encouraging her to wear insect repellent as when she does the beasts deflect back to me as the more desirable flavour.
We then had a fabulous explore of a stunning old village on a hill called Frisanco. It's full of aged five storey properties with ancient timbers but looks like it's been seriously renovated throughout. It was an amazing and lucky find.
Tomorrow, we're walking from the village next door, Poffabro, where we stopped for coffee today. Hopefully, we'll get some good height and views for our last day on the hills you can see behind this church .
