Surfing!! (well sort of)

I have never windsurfed ever but I do know that it does require some wind!!,
I know you'll be saying "Portyguy dont be smart" but that doesnt change the simple law of Physics, that any wind thingy does require the wind, including this guy in the photo all togged up and a very smart looking sail and board, but missing one important ingredient, in what was close to a flat calm.
