A wonderful weekend in Auvergne. The weather has not been as good as we hoped it would be so we couldn't go up the Puy de Dôme. We'll do that in the spring, I reckon. However, we spent a lovely time taking walks around Chamalières (where former President Giscard d'Estaing hails from), going to a (badly organised) book fair on Saturday afternoon and, here, on Sunday, taking a walk in a botanical garden.In between, lots of talk and laughter, good food shared, sparkling eyes (happiness and a little bit of alcohol...).
