MonoMonday: Fun.Kids Fun

I was running a Coaching session for Thomas and Ophelia after work, they were doing Hill Bounding which will give them more strength. They have the NZ Secondary Schools Athletic and Road Race Championships in December here in Timaru Ophelia will run the 800,1500m and Thomas the Road Race. These children come running out of the Tennis Centre laughing and having fun one wee girl running the other skipping and the wee boy totting on behind at his own pace.
