175/366 - Warming up!

A rather uninspirational photo today. Am feeling a little poorly today. Full of a head cold. So this photo of me having my Lemsip sums the day up nicely. Managed to get madam to her swimming lesson this morning, but thats me for the day now, energy is spent and feeling really bleurgh - r&r is required for the rest of the day.
