Autumn staples

Not the first appearance of the waistcoat this season, but first time with a twill shirt. 
A grey/silver tie is a bit tricky for me because I'm always reminded of a quote from John le Carre in  'Call for the Dead' about the "barmaid's dream of a real gentleman". As long as I avoid the monocle I should be alright
