Morning Sky

The sunrise colors don't last long, but I remembered from yesterday to watch out for those 5 minutes. Love seeing the beautiful sky but a little sad that I'm in the city and don't have a better view than over the rooftops with TV antennas. But we have made the decision to stay where we are and appreciate the advantages of our centrally located apartment.

With the help of cough medicine and moral support from Janos, I am feeling much better today. Hope soon to be swimming laps (slow ones) and walking the local hill in Olympia Park, do want to get more exercise in. I feel it is so crucial the older you get.
