Tourist?

I had to go into the city today, and on my way home I had some time so I stopped in Sidney to take a few photos.  This was the last shot I took, and it was accidental.   I had my camera hanging at my side as usual and accidentally hit the button.   The result reminded me of a little game my granddaughters and I play when they visit - they try to identify people on the ferry to Salt Spring and on Salt Spring as tourists or locals.  I'm betting this guy was a tourist.  I know for sure that I took better shots today but I like this out-of-focus mistake!
