Making a start

Time to make a start on the interior of this house (rental not Loop). This room is just a disaster.

It's never been properly fitted out, it was used as an overflow area for the house, where the fitness machine was put, and so forth.

To be honest, in this house, fitting out this room is 50% of the entire job. The rest of the house just needs painting. But for this room, new ceiling, new walls, and new floor.

Wife bought a drywall hoist over the summer (don't all wives buy their husbands drywall hoists??) which makes doing the ceiling so much easier. I WISH we had had this back in April for the cottage.
