Lisboa

I made it to Lisbon! The journey was pretty smooth so thankfully I wasn't too stressed. Nice hotel about a 30 minute walk from the main tourist attractions.

Busy day on Saturday; a three hour walking tour with our guide, David, who also organised hen and stag do's for tourists! He was great fun. In the evening we had wine tasting and tapas down a lovely cobbled you street (we were convinced we were in the chap's front room!), then hit the nightlife of Lisbon.

This is the Rua Augusta Arch in Commerce Square, built to commemorate the city's reconstruction after the 1755 earthquake.

I didn't have room for my camera which was so frustrating as my iPhone was really inadequate.
