Cauldy Island, Tenby

We visited Tenby today and took a 20 minute boat trip to Cauldy Island.

The Island has an order of Monks and we were lucky enough to hear them singing for one of their services.

The Island has a number of small Churches and houses on plus a lighthouse.  It is a very peaceful place with lots of great walking and sea views.  Well worth the visit, Ted was very good on the boat, his first boat journey we think!

Tenby is a pretty place too, the harbour is very attractive and the town has plenty going for it also, again we have had great weather.

The Island has produced it's own stamps so I sent some postcards to family and friends and also a first day cover which I sent to 'Mr and Mrs Smith'
