National Botanic Gardens of Wales

We had an early, well early for holiday, to go to the gardens, dogs are not allowed in the gardens so we needed to get there early to find a shady spot to park the car so Ted would be ok.  When we set off it was very overcast but by the time we got there the sun was out!  Luckily we found a perfect spot so Ted would be ok.

Amazing place, the greenhouse is wonderful!  A great atmosphre to the gardens with lots of great statues, planting and water features.

We went on to Carmarthan, which is a great place, I don't know why I didn't think it would be but it was a nice surprise!  

We then visted Pendine Sands, unfortunately  the military were on maneuvers so we couldn't walk very far down the beach, but it was lovely.

Back home and then we walked to Wiseman's Bridge Beach and had a mooch around the rock pools.
