E M Forster

I went back to the church with the attractive roundell ( see 24 Sept) hoping to see inside but it was locked.  On the other side of the road I saw this plaque on what now is a school.  According to the helpful lollipop man who let me through the school gate,  E M Forster boarded in this, then private, house when he attended Tonbridge School.
