Belinda Carlisle

A week after seeing the brilliant David Gilmour in concert at the Royal Albert Hall I went to the equally beautiful, but far more intimate, Birmingham Town Hall to see Belinda Carlisle in concert. 

I have liked Belinda since I was at school (ok I might have had a bit of a crush on her back then), and I managed to catch her at an 80's festival a few years ago when she played a small set, but this was a full concert.

The venue was quite small (it felt like being in a school assembly hall!), but she sounded great and put on a brilliant show, and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
