Fringe

I have managed to avoid the Tory party conference thus far but there seemed to be a fringe meeting at Victoria station this morning, something to do with the Northern Powerhouse initiative if the banner was to be believed. I also spotted a small protest march moving along Dale Street at lunchtime, which I am also assuming was related to the presence of the governing party in the city.
