Bake off entry

Here is my entry for the bake off competition at work. Gingerbread box holding macaroons filled with white chocolate gnash. At the front are éclairs. Went down well, apparently I have raised the bar. Final tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what the remaining people bring in. 

Came home to clean the kitchen after last night’s demolition while making the gingerbread box. Got some macaroons and gingerbread mix left. We are going to friends at the weekend for dinner so hopefully the macaroons will still be OK. Should be able to make some gingerbread things for little AB. Sure Mum and Dad will have some as well. Spent the rest of the night trying to figure out how to make a collage jpeg file in Lightroom and gave up before doing the ironing. Rock and roll.
