Well the hoist came in useful!

The up down bath was originally put in about 6 years ago. Just recently it has been listing forwards. On close inspection it had gone through the floor. Turns out original builder had mounted it on chipboard. So being temporarily repaired before we get a whole new wet room. Though no idea how long that will take!
