Wondering

Heavy rain in the small hours meant another day in the workshop, and as I type more rain is fall and likely to thwart our plans to drill tomorrow!
In a relatively dry spell before dusk I attempted to clear the "Newtons Wonder" apple tree of fruit, before the weather made them into windfalls. While doings so one or two fruits crashed to the floor on their own, and I started to wonder  if this was the variety that discovered gravity?! :0)
