The water feature.

It’s not finished yet, but I thought that I would show the inner workings before we add the cobbles on the top.

This morning we took D to the station before driving back to the garden centre in Lincoln to look for cobbles. We discovered that the centre has a very good café, so over a coffee we calculated how many bags of stones we need and how many metres of material for the next two pairs of curtains that I need to make.

Stones ordered, which will be delivered tomorrow, material purchased, home to pot up plants that arrived at the weekend, before heading out with B to the local athletics club. 

Being too lazy to make dinner (have done my quota of “proper cooking” this weekend) we bought fish and chip on the way home. Yummy!!
