Wood Chips

We have loads of wood chips from our conifers. They smell so nice. They will all be used. I'm thinking we should have our own chipper. At least that will solve the problem of where we have a fire.
I worked in the garden all day today. Sometimes it's a bit lonely all day in your own.....but then sometimes I really like being on my own.
Really worried about Tom. He's got a blood clot on his leg. It's from a nasty injury. Thank goodness it's not broken. He did it nearly two weeks ago. There is a big lump on his leg. They said he had fluid and a blood clot. They tried to drain the fluid but nothing would come out. He's waiting to see Drs today to see what they are going to do to treat the clot. Apparently they are worried about infections. It's rotten when your so far away and can't be with them. I know he's 21 but he's still my baby. I spent most of the night talking to him to take his mind off things. Fingers crossed the Drs are more positive about it when he sees them again.
