Mar Vivo

We had a slow day today which was much needed.  A walk after breakfast and then we spent time on the beach.  I did a lot of swimming, the sea was beautifully clear but the Mistral made for a very chilly drying off on the beach and a fine coating of sand on absolutely everything.  An evening drink at a nice little bar on the beach, we'll try it for lunch another day.
