Pumpkin Ale

I bottled my latest brew, a Harvest Pumpkin Ale, this evening after work. Brew day was 18 September. ABV is ~ 5.5% and yield was slightly higher than expected. I tasted the uncarbonated, room temp beer and can tell that it will be amazing in 7-10 days after primed. We will try the first bottle on 16 October in preparation for the Baytowne Beer Fest. Cheers!
