There's a bit of a queue at the Bank

Today I ventured up to the City, as there were a few events going on for the 'Celebrate the City' weekend hoping to see something exciting. I went to the Cheapside Fayre where I came across colourful ladies on stilts, blacksmiths, a bit of street dancing, the odd goat and various chickens in cages amongst other things! A lot of the City churches were open to view too, plus I spotted this rather long queue outside the Bank of England which was open. It didn't appear to be moving so I decided against joining it today. maybe next year (I had coffee and greedy big cake instead) walked along the South Bank with the crowds then caught the train home!
