Orange Berries?

I have tried to identify these berries to no avail - anyone help? They are actually in my neighbours garden but they obviously prefer it in mine as they are struggling over the garden fence!
Inedible for sure I would imagine and the birds are not interested. The extra photo is another I have been unable to identify too, more yellow these ones.
