Up a gear

Prepping for a video I’m shooting tomorrow.  Microphone, camera……ACTION!

Back on the bike again today, road bike this time.  Had a bit of a nightmare on one climb as I couldn’t remember how to drop a gear and instead went up, and subsequently came to a grinding halt as the climb got steeper.  Lol!  Needless to say I was bang on the money at the next climb.

Sent off for a book which will help decide whether a challenge I’m considering is doable.

Still battling, had a real low today, a feeling of total helplessness.  Being out on the bike and pushing myself helps.
