Sam and I got all excited about this short clip posted on Facebook.  It looked oh so simple and delicious, so we tried it.  Sadly ours were a disaster and it was not until just now that I found actual written instructions (which would have been helpful to read beforehand).

Top tip - microwave your apples so they are soft and don't break up as you roll them - oh and put the oven on at the right temperature too.
