Another long day at work

But came home and did a good gym session, I really didn't want too but I needed to as I haven't been in a few days!
I think I realised the machine that has been pushing my back too far too. So think I'll leave that one out and see if it helps for now. Maybe work up to it when it's stronger.

Then I decided to eat with my flat mate today, catch up with him and hear about his PhD. I'm sure people must think I'm just being polite but I love hearing about people's days, their work, their holidays everything! :)

Then I settled down with my colouring book and the bake off final! I really wanted the guy to win but I still loved the final :)

Now an early night! Really tired the last few days hopefully I will get some decent sleep tonight and catch up!
