Poignant start to the day

Lots of delays on the trains into Waterloo this morning as a person had been hit by a train and died.

It's apparent from the number of phone calls and conversations on the train that delays create havoc with plans but my thoughts always turn to the victim and their family. It's tragic.

At the end of this day, once again I am so thankful that at low times in life my family and friends have been there to lean on.
