Howland's Highway

This is the view from the top of Howland's Highway. It is a short cut for golf carts that was promoted by a man named Howland so it is named in his honor. The cart path meanders down to the HOA1 clubhouse and golf course. This is a nioce backlighted image of an ocotillo.
