Change

Change in scenery AND weather. 
Foggy and rainy all day today—We arrived at the island on time for one of the reasons we are here - a meeting with a BC Hydro guy (the extra) about some tree cutting they are doing on their ROW on our property.  This is the view from the top of the ROW looking East to Galiano - that little light strip in the middle is the beach in Montague Park in Montague Harbor.   If we didn’t have these electric lines over this island coming from the mainland to Vancouver Island, we wouldn’t have this view!  I quite like seeing it this way....


The bird feeders are filled, the fireplace is warm, and lots of ducks have arrived (scoters?)  All is well!
