Rustling seeds on the tree

Whilst on a stroll this morning I thought I heard rushing water or rain.
But it was the seeds on this tree that is rustling. Interesting! I have not notice them before.
Does any Australia Blipper know what tree this is? I have attached a closeup shot too.
