Taking a wee rest

Big walk today almost the full length of Glasgow Green from the Fleshers Haugh to the Nelson Monument, and most of it off the lead! Here we are having a wee rest outside the People's Palace. The bench was made of what looked like sections of a Native American totem pole. Must find out more about it. The building in the background is the former Templeton carpet factory, designed to replicate the Doge's Palace in Venice. Only in Glasgow would they think of designing a carpet factory like that!!
