We are in Norfolk for the Junior Inter Regional Orienteering Championships with the youngsters running round Her Majesty's back garden at Sandringham, THANKYOU ma'am!

Today was the individual day and our squad did themselves proud in difficult terrain with very high bracken which was tough on the youngest and smallest competitors. Now we're settling down for the night on the floor of a local sports hall, all 300 of us! Tomorrow it's the relay competition.

I took upwards of a 1000 blips today and have whittled them down to 700.
