...you can see that this sorry looking concoction is my lunch. And I've been playing with it. Maybe you can see a Muppet starting to appear as well. 
I have to lose some weight. I've only lost 5 lbs this year, and I need to lose another 12-15. Oh I know what the problem is. Guinness, chocolate and a lazy arse play havoc with the best laid plans so this pathetic lunch is my poor attempt to do something about it.
In other news, I finally got my car back today. They made a fine job of it.
