Lovely start to the day

It was a beautiful morning and it was a very pleasant walk to work.

It was a very busy day.

Some of my colleagues have been taking part in a 24 hour cycle ride at work to raise money for Children in Need. They'll still be cycling as I type.

While I was in Brighton a couple of the team had really bad colds. I'm now beginning to feel very ill.

I'm going off to bed with a hot toddy
