Shabu Shabu......
Quite difficult to get hold of in Europe, mostly found in areas based in the Far East, these are quite a beast of a chilli.....

These specimens are dried but the pods themselves are still sticky inside due to the high oil content in them which still makes them bendy and flexible, hot stuff :)
