"The Bridge of Flowers".

This is the memorial to remember the victims of the Shoreham Air Show crash on the Old Shoreham Toll Bridge. The flowers have been replaced with ribbons.

The extra blip is of the A27 where the plane crashed. It's a tragedy that the plane didn't make it to the river Adur which is very close by.
