On December 7th 1941 the Japanese attacked the stationary anchored pacific fleet in the Hawaiian pearl harbour with a series of devastating bombings and purposefully targeted planes into the ships.

It was on this day that Americas hand was forced and they joined World War Two to avenge the incredible devastation, 2402 people lost their lives that day, 1177 of whom were on board the battleship USS Arizona which was struck, exploded and sunk within minutes.

This blip is the anchor from the USS Arizona.
