Alien object

So, fairly early on in the day, dog barks. He won't stop. So I go through to see what all the fuss is about and find this outside. I took several shots, this being the best, but in each of them that white object to the left of the balloon appears.
Checked the camera, clean lens etc, taken several other shots and is no where to be seen.
Any suggestions?
