A quick glance told me....

... that this was a formidable lady who would refuse to pay for a carrier bag under the new regime.

However, I was more concerned about the seriously raised eyebrow - possibly an indication that the photographer had been spotted. I needn't have worried, I think it was more likely to have been a slip-up in the make-up process.
