I spent the day working at the Regional office and for the first time in months I almost have a clear mind/inbox!

Got home about 6pm and MrsT and I enjoyed dinner before L got dropped off from the Rainbows.

Gym tonight as I missed it last night (#shattered) followed by Friday night indoor football.
