75mm Challenge Day 5 - Tree and Mist

I'm going to finish my challenge today.  As I said we are off to the Autumn Horse Trials at Weston park tomorrow and while I could use the 75mm I don't want to restrict myself unnecessarily.

What have I learn't?  Well, this is a beautiful lens for narrow focal depth situations.  The bokeh given off from the out of focus parts of the image is very pleasing to the eye.  It has always been touted as a portrait lens and I can understand why.  I will keep it in the arsenal for those situations and fell more confident having got to use it exclusively for the last 5 days.  I can thoroughly recommend this discipline of using one (preferably prime) lens for a short while.

I just got the chance to jump out of the car on the way to work and capture the early mist sitting on the local fields.  Stayed true to the test and used f/1.8 again, albeit on a more distant subject but kept the hedge and overhead branches in the scene.
