Wingmen

Meet two of my finest wingmen, Ben & Sarah. The two of them are a nucleus of joy in the middle of our very busy practice. I've always needed a good giggle and we do have lots which keeps me sane and balanced which at times is not easy!

This is us at 'The Stables' which has featured in blip before. It's a wonderful community cafe that opens 11.45 to 1.15 with the two specials invariably sold out by 12.15. With Scampi on the menu today we were there for 11.50! Early I grant you for lunch but what choice did we have!
