Dry ice... ice cream!

Dan bought some dry ice this morning and we had a lot of fun with it today. First, we put it in a cooler with some fruit to make "fizzy fruit" (more info can be found here: https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/tips-tricks-fizzy-fruit) and then we made some soft serve ice cream! We had a couple friends over to share some beers and partake in the dry ice treats and everyone had a good time.
