The journey of 50 Changes
This will be my introduction to my 50 changes.
I've chosen this picture as I remember this day well, I had just ran 10k through Exmouth on the Royal Marine Endurance Course with some really good friends.
Here I was 2 stone lighter I was training for 2 hours per day 5 days a week I obviously didn't have much going on in my life at this time.
So today is day 1 of the change back to health and a positive direction. Along this journey I hope to push myself and try different things. And I'll be showing you characters I've come across.
I hope to complete a daily blog for those interested to read and comment.
