Houghton House

Apologies for my lack of comments this week - I've been ill so must now back blip the weeks pics!
Today I was feeling a bit better so we made the most of the sunshine. We firstly went to Houghton House - a ruin of a house that must have been spectacular in its hay day and is still pretty impressive in its ruined state. The views from the house are beautiful - especially with the sunshine.
We then went to Harrold Odell country park for a walk around the lake and a lovely lunch in the tearoom there - I thoroughly recommend that place!
Bek came home this evening after her first full week back at uni after working for a year. She is now studying for her doctorate in Forensic Psychology. I am a very proud mum!
