East Coast

Up early to travel to Sewerby Park near Bridlington. Mist clung to the low lying areas but the sun had burnt this off on the coast. We were earlier than usual so I warmed up with my camera to hand.

It was wonderful to see friends Karen, Andy, Colin and Jo at the Park run if only for a brief catch up.

This is the view towards Bridlington and is what makes the cliff top run so enjoyable.

As I left the coast for a circuit of the grounds of Sewerby Hall my knee started to complain. By the time I travelled home it had significantly stiffened up. Hoping it eases up tomorrow so I can help at an orienteering event!
